HOW IT WORKS
Three steps, and
two are writing
There is no account to register, no number to confirm and no e‑mail to wait for. You install it, you keep twenty-four words, and you make the group. Every screen below is a screen you will actually see, in the order you will see it.
Install it once
macOS, iOS, Android, the web and a browser extension — one codebase, drawn the same on all of them. What you learn on the phone is what you already know on the desktop, down to where the buttons are.
Nothing is asked of you on the first screen. There is nobody to tell.
If your people are on a server of their own, this is also where you point the application at it — one field, and everything after this step is unchanged.
Twenty-four words
Your identity is made on the device, out of twenty-four words. Everything comes from them — who you are in a conversation, and every address you can be paid at. Write them down on paper. You can show them again from settings on a device that already has them, and nowhere else: they are not sent anywhere, because there is nowhere to send them. No server here has ever seen them.
This is the step that cannot be undone for you. There is no reset link, and that is the same fact as nobody being able to take your money.
One phrase, several people: an account number splits it into separate identities — each with its own conversations and its own coins — and switching between them is one press.
On paper, not in a photograph. Anything that syncs is somewhere else as well.
Written down?
You will be asked for three of them, to check.

open the wallet
Add the people. Then, from the same attachment button that sends a photo, open a wallet for the group: pick a chain, tick who signs, and say how many of them it takes.
The wallet appears on the group’s own page. It has no owner — every signer’s key stays on their own device, and the address is built out of all of them at once. The first payment can go out in the same minute.
The rule is the group’s, and it is not a setting on a server: nothing the server does can move that money, because the server has never held a key to it.

Now watch it happen
on an ordinary Monday
Nine people, one invoice, four minutes end to end. Every screen in order, with the clock beside it.
